Membership Dues
In order to become an official member, you have to pay a due. The fee is $12 and it gives you recognition from the international level, a great resume builder, insurance for when you volunteer at Circle K events, a pin, and a card. There are also many opportunities to attend District Convention and many workshops throughout the year. You have to pay dues in person, at meetings (or outside of meetings with a board member) in order to be an official member of SBU CKI.
If you cannot in any way pay the dues but still want to attend our meetings/volunteer/fundraise with us, that is okay too! We highly encourage official membership, but if you just can't do it, then surely come to our meetings.
Become More than a Member
Become a committee head! This is a great leadership opportunity; you can help out the e-board with fundraisers, public relations, and awards at DCON.
Every March, we hold elections for the core e-board. Any official member may run for President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Editor. In order to show your dedication, passion, and level of responsibility, come to our meetings and volunteer at our events!

Daniel is a senior majoring in social welfare. Fun fact is that he won a national award for RAs.
David is a sophomore majoring in computer science and according to him, he's a vampire.
Ekta was a previous committee chair and now participates as a general body member.
Gaby is our amazing executive assistant. She is a junior majoring in biochemistry and she once went to the middle of the world.
Jason is a general body member but serves on the district board as district editor.
Jeadelle is a general body member and former secretary. He is a senior majoring in business. A fun fact about him is that he likes anime.
Jenny is a freshman majoring in psychology and she has the food preference of a Korean ahjumma.
Jie Rui is a freshman majoring in business. His final goal in life is to create an airline.
Our amazing webmaster Joan. She is a sophmore majoring in clinical laboratory science. A fun fact is that she loves musicals.
